This past month has been very busy with lots of new things starting. We've been house hunting and we put offers on two different houses. The first one was a short sale and the bank wasn't doing a thing about any of the offers put on it (we were the first offer) and it was January when we put the offer in. We pulled the offer a just over a week ago now. Then the second house we put an offer on, which I liked better than the first house, already had an offer on it by the time we put in ours. So that one is gone. Then last night we went and looked at some houses in River Plantation and we loved one of them. It's one story (LOVE IT!!!) and is 2500 square feet. The rooms are big and I think one of the most exciting things about it is that it has a game room!! We can keep the kids and their huge pile of toys in that room and not have them taking over the living room!!!! It also has a cute fireplace. And a wetbar that will be where we keep the computer. I really hope that our offer is accepted. I really like this house.
Another thing that is new is that I will be starting school this summer. WOOHOO!!! I'm really hoping to get scholarships so that I can continue to go and get my bachelors, masters, and pHD. College is expensive! But I do miss it so I'm excited to go back.
